How to solve the problem of slow cooling in cold storage.
How to solve the phenomenon that the temperature of the cold storage cannot be lowered? This is a common phenomenon in the cold storage industry. Here is an analysis of why this situation occurs: the six reasons why the temperature of the cold storage does not drop and the temperature drops slowly 1. The frost on the evaporator surface is too thick or the dust accumulates too much, and the heat transfer effect is reduced. Another important reason for the slow drop of the storage temperature is the low heat transfer efficiency of the evaporator, which is mainly due to the thick frost layer or excessive dust accumulation on the evaporator surface. caused by many. Since the surface temperature of the evaporator in the cold storage is mostly lower than 0 °C, and the humidity in the warehouse is relatively high, the moisture in the air is easily frosted or even frozen on the surface of the evaporator, affecting the evaporator.

How to Prevent "Air Conditioning Legs"
In the hot summer, when the air conditioner is turned on, it is instantly cool. However, some diseases also invade your body with the cold wind, causing dry tongue, dizziness, weakness of limbs, etc., the most serious of which is "air conditioning legs". The reason for the formation of "air-conditioned legs" is that, working, studying and living in a low-temperature air-conditioned room for too long, the knee joint is stimulated by cold, which leads to synovitis, bursitis and cold spasm of leg muscles, or vasoconstriction, tissue hypoxia, which in turn causes "synovitis". Women, in particular, like to wear short skirts and shorts, and their exposed knees are more likely to be stimulated by cold, causing "air-conditioned legs" disease. hot summer then we

1. Thermal insulation performance of cold storage insulation materials: The first requirement of polyurethane thermal insulation materials is thermal insulation performance, and the quality of thermal insulation performance cannot be observed with the naked eye before it is actually put into use. too late. Through a large number of experimental tests, we hope to achieve this goal: ① Use structural amine ethers to reduce thermal conductivity and improve thermal insulation effect; ② Try to reduce the water content in various raw materials and formulas to avoid the deterioration of thermal insulation performance caused by water foaming; ③ Main material polyether: the products of large factories that have undergone strict post-treatment are selected. Compared with the polyethers of small factories without post-treatment, the foam cells are uniform.

Ice cream market is hot, cold storage cold chain becomes the key
The hot summer is coming, and ice cream, ice cream and other heat-relieving artifacts have been launched one after another. As refrigerated and frozen snacks in snack foods, cold drink products are not only different from other snack foods in terms of transportation and storage conditions, but also in terms of market supply. Recently, some media reported that the sales period of ice cream, ice cream and other cold beverage products in Changzhou market has been advanced to March. The sales staff said that with the weather getting warmer, the sales volume has increased significantly, "Now the single-day sales volume can increase by about 10% compared with the previous month, and the product lines of many brands have been opened, and the sales volume has continued to increase. "According to professional reports, the global

Seafood products are so popular, how to design and install seafood cold storage
Seafood cold storage is simply the use of cold storage to store seafood products and aquatic products, etc. Because the temperature required for seafood storage is low, the general temperature should be below -23 degrees Celsius, so seafood cold storage can also be called seafood freezer, seafood quick-freezer Etc., low temperature helps to maintain the original quality and flavor of seafood, and at the same time can greatly extend the fresh-keeping time of seafood, generally speaking, it can prolong the fresh-keeping time for about 3 to 6 months. Characteristics of seafood cold storage 1. The distribution range is mainly in the eastern coastal areas of my country, such as Guangdong, Shanghai, Fujian, Shandong, Hebei, etc. The seafood production in these places is reduced, and the demand for seafood preservation equipment is also large.

Cold storage life and maintenance issues that cold storage manufacturers should pay attention to
In the daily use of the business, paying more attention to the maintenance and maintenance of the cold storage can not only prolong the overall service life of the cold storage, but also greatly improve the efficiency ratio of the refrigeration system. Cold storage can be divided into ammonia refrigeration and fluorine refrigeration according to the refrigeration system. If the cold storage with ammonia refrigeration is well maintained, the service life is about 15 years, and the service life of the cold storage with fluorine system is about 20 years. Some problems often encountered by cold storage installation companies: (1) Cold storage presets: There are some preset units and individual preset positions, because there is a little misunderstanding about the awareness of the moisture-proof, air-insulating and thermal insulation layers of the cold storage, starting from the preset. Office principle and exterior of cold storage
