In 2014, based on the survey data of 680 cold chain logistics enterprises above designated size (over 10 million operating income) across the country, the total cold storage capacity was 20,469,713 tons (57,546,093 cubic meters) and 29,444 refrigerated trucks. According to regional distribution statistics, Jiangsu Province ranks first with a cold storage capacity of 3.2 million tons. Among them, there are 370 high temperature warehouses with a storage capacity of 16,921,639 cubic meters; 532 low temperature warehouses with a storage capacity of 31,888,465 cubic meters; 180 ultra-low temperature warehouses with a storage capacity of 8,735,989 cubic meters. Based on survey data from 100 companies

In 2014, based on the survey data of 680 cold chain logistics enterprises above designated size (over 10 million in operating income) across the country, the total cold storage capacity was 20,469,713 tons (57,546,093 cubic meters) and 29,444 refrigerated trucks. According to regional distribution statistics, Jiangsu Province ranks first with a cold storage capacity of 3.2 million tons. Among them, there are 370 high temperature warehouses with a storage capacity of 16,921,639 cubic meters; 532 low temperature warehouses with a storage capacity of 31,888,465 cubic meters; and 180 ultra-low temperature warehouses with a storage capacity of 8,735,989 cubic meters. Based on the survey data of 100 companies (100 randomly selected from 680 companies), there are 22 three-dimensional warehouses, 29 combined warehouses, and 66 civil engineering warehouses. The planned new cold storage (excluding construction in progress and the second-phase warehouse) is 3,304,397 tons, which is more rational than the planned increase of 13 million tons in 2013. It is planned to add 1,205 refrigerated vehicles, compared with 1,280 in 2013, with a small difference. It can be seen that the number of cold storage is close to saturation, and the probability of outsourcing of trunk transportation and urban distribution business increases. The warehouse is the node of the cold chain, and the transportation is the soul of the cold chain. The cold chain spider plan "connecting the dots into a line and forming a chain into a web" will change the industry status quo of single cold storage and single-line transportation. The cold chain data statistics and the integration of storage and transportation resources of the China Cold Refrigeration Alliance are the "landing" work that strongly supports the "cold chain spider plan", creating conditions for the formation of a sustainable industry development pattern with both competition and cooperation. This work is announced at the China Cold Chain Logistics Milestone Series Conference hosted by China Cold Chain Alliance in April every year. As a long-term practical work of the China Cold Chain Alliance service industry, the purpose is to effectively promote the transparency of market information, avoid duplication and overlapping construction, reduce The distribution of industry resources is unbalanced, which promotes the organic integration of the industrial chain and healthy development. Through this move, it shows that the China Cold Chain Alliance adheres to the position of public openness, takes industry development as the core, and focuses on the needs of enterprises to build a "home of cold chain enterprises", creating a "joint resource, alliance development, and helping enterprises grow". The platform has become the choice to understand the whole picture of China's cold chain logistics.
