5. The cold storage should be designed in place during the construction period, give full play to the freezing and refrigeration capabilities, ensure safe production and product quality, and maintain the building structure of the cold storage. Regular inspection of the warehouse must be arranged by a special person for maintenance.
6. For mechanical temperature-controlled cold storage, do not put the thermostat switch in the strong cooling position (generally, it is better to set it in the 3rd gear). For digital temperature-controlled refrigerators, do not set the temperature too low, it is generally appropriate, so as to save electricity and reduce the load of the equipment.
7. There should not be a large amount of ice, frost and water on the internal warehouse board of the warehouse, and if there is, it should be removed in time.
