In the refrigeration industry, cold storage panels with relatively low technical requirements have attracted a large number of personnel and capital investment. The choice of the floor of the cold storage is very important for the cold storage, because the cold storage is different from the ordinary warehouse, the temperature in the cold storage is generally relatively low, and the air temperature, humidity, and environmental requirements are relatively low high.

Therefore, when we choose the floor of the cold storage, we must pay attention to choose the cold storage plate with better temperature control. If the selection of the cold storage plate is not good, and the temperature in the cold storage is difficult to control, it will easily lead to the products stored in the cold storage. Deterioration, or make the refrigeration compressor of the cold storage work frequently, waste more resources and increase the cost. Choose the right floor board to better maintain the cold storage.

Below, we mainly talk about the installation skills of cold storage panels from three aspects: wall panel floor installation, roof floor installation and corner panel floor installation.

1. Installation of wall panels

1. The installation of the wall panel should start from the corner. According to the layout diagram, transport the two boards at the corner of the installation site to the installation site. According to the height of the board beam and the type of the angle iron piece for fixing the mushroom head nylon bolt, drill a hole at the corresponding elevation in the middle of the board width. The board surface is vertical, and the mushroom head nylon bolts are put in the holes (the nylon bolt body and the mushroom head should be marked with sealing paste), and the angle iron parts are put on and tightened. When erecting wall panels, soft materials such as foam should be placed on the floor grooves in contact with the library panels to prevent damage to the library panels. After the two corner wall panels are erected from the floor grooves of the panels, the wall panels should be adjusted according to the lay-out position in time. The plane position and the verticality of the floor of the library board, and check whether the top elevation of the wall board is correct (it needs to be checked from beginning to end). After the position of the wall panel is correct, the angle iron pieces are welded to the plate beam, and the inner and outer corners are fixed (a sealant is applied to the contact between the inner sides of the two sides of the corner plate and the library plate). When welding the angle iron parts, the angle iron parts of the warehouse plate should be covered with a shield to prevent the high temperature of the electric welding ground from burning the warehouse plate and the welding slag splashing on the warehouse plate during arc welding.

2. After the two wall panels at the corner are installed, start to install the next wall panel along the corner. Before the next wall panel is installed, two coats of white sealant should be applied to the convex groove or groove of the library board on the ground (the sealant should be applied to the corner of the convex groove or groove of the library board), and the convex groove or groove should be applied. The sealing paste in the groove should have a certain height, and should be dense, continuous and uniform, and the installation method is the same as that of the first wallboard.

3. Use a hammer to hit the wood on the polyurethane warehouse board between the two warehouse boards first, so that the board and the board are close to each other. Two sets of connectors are used to wedge between the wall panel and the wall panel. The two sets of connectors are respectively fixed on the outer and lower inner sides of the gap between the wall panel and the wall panel. The connector is covered. The gap between the board and the board should be kept at a width of about 3mm after wedging with the connecting piece. If it does not meet the nuclear requirements, remove the board, trim the edge of the board, and then reinstall it so that the board seam meets the requirements. When fixing the connectors, pay attention to fix the two parts of a set of connectors on the edges of the two convex and concave storage boards respectively, and fix them with φ5X13 rivets. When wedging the wedge iron, the hammer and the wedge iron should be kept vertical to avoid bumping the library board.

Second, the top floor installation

1. Before installing the ceiling, the T-shaped iron for the ceiling should be installed according to the drawings. When installing the T-shaped iron, the T-shaped iron should be properly arched according to the ground span of the rigid frame to ensure that the T-shaped iron does not have downward deflection after the top plate is installed. The roof installation should start from the corner of the warehouse body. According to the layout diagram, the warehouse board should be raised to the specified height and position, and the longitudinal plate ends of the warehouse board should be placed on the wall board and the T-shaped iron. Adjust the parallelism and verticality of the coaxial line of the top plate, check the elevation of the bottom surface of the top plate, then fix the top plate and the T-shaped iron with rivets, and connect the corner plate between the top plate and the wall plate, and then start the next one Library board floor installation work.

2. The installation method of the second top board is basically the same as that of the first board, and the connection method of the board is basically the same as that of installing the wall board. The library board connectors should be fixed outside the library, and each library board seam should be fixed with three library board connectors, one at each end of the library board and one in the plate (two library board connectors can also be used if the length of the top plate is less than 4 meters).

3. After all the ceiling panels are installed, start the installation of the ceiling C-shaped steel. According to the actual arrangement of the top plate, the fixed mushroom head nylon bolts are welded on the ground to the C-shaped steel of the ceiling according to the corresponding spacing. Then put the C-shaped steel of the ceiling on the corresponding position of the top plate according to the drawing, and the C-shaped steel of the ceiling should ensure the parallelism and verticality of the coaxial line. After adjusting the position of the C-shaped steel of the ceiling, open the top plate at the position of the bolt hole of the angle iron piece, and use the mushroom head nylon bolt to connect the angle iron piece with the library plate firmly. Then, the round steel hanger for the C-shaped steel of the ceiling is welded to the purlin, and the nut below the round steel hanger is adjusted according to the elevation of the bottom surface of the top plate to adjust the C-shaped steel of the ceiling and the top plate to the specified height.

Third, the installation of the corner board

Apply a sealant on the inside of both sides of the corner boards of the cold storage floor and the contact with the storage board. The corners between the wall panels should be fixed in sections so that the polyurethane foam can be poured on site. The corner plate of the fixed top plate should be cut with iron scissors every 500mm (the size of the gap is subject to the foam material), and then it is fixed on the top plate and the wall plate. The corner plate should be fixed with pull rivets, the distance between the pull rivets should be kept at 100mm, and the pull rivets fixed on the corner should be in a straight line with equal spacing. Pay attention to drilling holes for rivets and fixing rivets with rivets. The tools used should be perpendicular to the corner plate.
