On July 19, 014, in order to further improve their skills and teamwork spirit, the elites of our sales team organized and participated in the one-day Tianmu Lake expansion activity jointly held with our strategic partner Huatian Company. Through a variety of classic training programs, it brings us unexpected gains and feelings! A total of 38 team members participated in the training, divided into 3 teams. In just two minutes after the team was separated, the team members quickly determined the captain, team name and slogan, and carried out PK through the group style display, and finally determined the "seckill". Team", "Knife Team", "Bull Team" three teams. The sun is hot and the passion is flying in the arena, which makes each of us feel the joy of collective cooperation. In the face of difficulties and challenges, everyone can concentrate their efforts, which fully reflects the spirit of challenging themselves and smelting the team. Each project brings us a different experience. "Drumming the ball" allows us to experience the power of tacit understanding and concentration for the first time in training. "Number Sorting of Cards" allows us to deeply realize the joy of divergent thinking. Every picture has its own meaning. Only by breaking traditional thinking can divergent thinking achieve the final victory. "Minesweeper" lets us know that taking a step back does not mean giving in, and it will be a desperate situation. Routine doesn't mean it's suitable for all occasions, never give up without trying. "Landing in the Sky" taught us that courage overcomes fear, that shouts can be condensed into strength, and that one step means victory. In this project, Qin Xinjie from Yanghu Refrigeration broke all historical records with a good score of 16.02 seconds. The final "freehand over the wall" reflects the strength of the team, and appropriate sacrifices will achieve the success of the entire team. Through this outreach training, we deeply realize that a team without cohesion will not be competitive. All members of the team played an important role in accomplishing the task of the team. It also makes us realize that in the future work, everyone should be united and cooperative, pay attention to details, be meticulous, be spontaneous, refuse excuses, and complete every task with passion! .
