2. Statistics and acceptance of the library board

According to the purchase order details and design drawings provided by the design department or the supply department, arrange a special person to count the number and specifications of the warehouse boards that have arrived, check the appearance and density of the warehouse boards and make records; the warehouse boards with serious quality defects should be timely. 3. Floor insulation construction

The cold storage is different from the general industrial and civil buildings. The temperature difference inside and outside the cold storage and the water vapor partial pressure difference affect the normal operation of the cold storage. It is necessary to do a good job in the air insulation and moisture proof and thermal insulation of the floor; after the construction personnel arrive at the construction site, they should carefully check the Design drawings, check whether the underground ventilation ducts meet the drawing design, whether the air barrier and moisture-proof layer are flat and complete, whether the dimensions meet the drawing requirements, and whether the density and external dimensions of the thermal insulation material XPS meet the drawing requirements and product specifications. When laying the XPS insulation board, it should be arranged in staggered seams. If the gap is too large, foam material should be used. The wall panel installation slot should be straight, and the debris should be cleaned up. 4. Inspection and preparation of construction site

Prepare tape measure, spirit level, wire rope, transparent plastic pipe and other tools and aids, and check the construction accuracy of the ground or thermal insulation floor at the construction site against the design drawings, including flatness, dimensional accuracy and standard accuracy of the warehouse area; The embedded parts and pre-buried pipelines shall be well protected and clearly marked; the wall panel installation grooves shall be thoroughly cleaned, and the groove errors shall be corrected with the cooperation of civil construction personnel.

 

 

5. Preparation of construction equipment and auxiliary materials
